Yet again I find myself working in Brisbane. Last week when I was preparing to come up, I did my usual check of the willowbank website to see if I might be lucky enough to catch some racing.
I was rapt to find that the fuellers are on this weekend. Needless to say I booked and paid for my tickets, in the Bendigo Bank club, on the spot. It's been years since I've seen Top Fuel action. The plight of Calder is well documented here. Can't wait for knock off time to come, I can almost smell the fumes now. Anyone else heading out? |
