Default The Time Machine (Full Flight Falcon)

Since Brenden is too modest to start this thread I figured I would.

I’ll leave Brenden to fill in the spec’s of the car, after he gets back from SA where he’s got the car competing in the AME Hi-Performance Motor Show this weekend.

Anyhow, here are some pics to tantalize until he comes back and lets us know how he goes.

any I6 with 400rwkw would be a pig I'd say.
Considering Dans has 250rwkw and it lights the tyres if he breaths wrong Id hate to see what this would do if floored at a set of lights.
But yes, I heard that this tune is a "dyno comp" sort of tune rather than a daily drive sort of tune.

Dan, yours would be close if you turned up the wick I'd say. 25psi dammit, get it on to the track and turn it up!

Not really, all depends on the tune.

I'm sure Brenden will push this one further, its still in its infancy so I'm betting this weekend will see higher numbers and the tune will get better and better until it can probably run 350+rwkw and still be quite drivable.

Still, with that much power one slip..in any car...and your going to be in a bit of trouble. Thats a lot of mumbo to keep on a leash.

Yes, that the ex supercharged car...was just under 400rwkw I think and pushed to the absolute limit of the powerdyne unit. IT detonated for the last time at Heathcote after a full rebuild so Brenden went turbo.

Wow! I've gotta say, I love the look of that car, and it's certainly got the power to match the looks.

Has it been run down the 1/4, and if so, what did it run?

I saw this car on the back of a trailer being towed by what looked (to me) like a Ford Bronco (was too busy looking at the Falcon to take much notice of what was towing it, lol), travelling westbound on the western highway just past Deer Park, yesterday afternoon. Pics don't do it justice, it's a stunning example. It wasn't being taken to Calder Park by any chance was it?

Damn

Any car with that sort of grunt deserves respect.........6 or 8..........who cares.

Nice power delivery too, no erratic spots.

My car's output wouldn't even make for the starter motor !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, for the record, it scored a whopping 591.3rwhp in SA this weekend.
Apparently thats the highest recorded rwhp reading from any 6cyl EVER in Australia.

Thats with an understrength fuel pump too, so much more to come yet.

Oh, and the run it did in Albur a few weeks ago, it has a grand total of about 2 hours driving time on the pistons and rings, its still a very tight engine :O

I think the point of the exhaust tape is to keep the heat from the exhaust inside the exhaust and not spreading out through the engine bay, but hey, I could be wrong.
