Default Photo of Monaro trying to be a Falcon GT

I took this shot on the weekend - not the usual paint job that I know of.

There was a Monaro at the Holden dealer in Dandenong a few weeks back. It was yellow and had the exact same stripes as the GT's in black. Couldn't help but laugh.

I saw one like that as well. Maybe it's the same car. Not very original. Imagine if someone stuck a set of XW or XY GT stripes (complete with SuperRoo logos) on an old-school Monaro. This is basically the equivalent.

Actually Physcochicken, the XRGT had stripes down there before the first Monaro was released. Look ok though.

Lots of Holdens seem to be catching on to superior Ford styling elements :

There's a VX Clubsport replica near me, V8, painted Blueprint! And it definitley is Blueprint, I've seen it next to a BA XR6 in Blueprint.. and the colours looked identicle.

I remember seeing a Monaro at the Bathurst 24 hr which was Blue and had white stripes going across on it, more Cobra style actually.

I use a fair bit of electrical tape at work, this sort of thing is just going to waste (not specifically aiming at this owner either).
