Question Pod Hi-Flow Air Conversion

Can someone please tell me what comes with the Pod Hi-flow Air Conversion kit and how hard is too install?

Wanting to do for my g/f's little brother as a birthday present... :1syellow1

Its as simple as it gets. Seriously, once I saw mine done I even figured I couldhave done it. Considering I dont even change spark plugs that shows how simple it is!

As for whats in it. The pod, mounting bracket for the pod and the piping from the airbox lid to the first elbow usually. Oh, and an XR8 intake too. Thats for an AU anyhow.
