Default inner tie rods

Does anyone know if you can buy inner tie rod ends. Its for a mk2 van. I've done the outers and am about to replace control arms but was told by my steering guy that there is movement at the inners. Any ideas?
cheers

If you can ask about having the metal retainers at the ends, helps heaps with end float
