Default big toe joint

hi everyone

was wondering what would cause stiffness and a occasional bit of pain in left big toe joint.

sometimes have a little bit of pain in left big toe joint at bottom of toe joining to foot, sometimes it happens certain days, sometimes its when you put pressure on it or squat or both and usually ok once you stretch it or rest.

is there a way to stop/relieve the pain or stiffness.

also have a question about upper back pain or discomfort.

what would cause upper back pain or discomfort, usually when you put heat on it its usually good again but wondered what generally causes that and how to relieve or stop it.

also what causes knee pain on side or behind knee cap for someone, usually when you or they put heat on it its usually ok, how would one relieve that or stop it

See a doctor, get a proper diagnosis. Gout, arthritis, fracture, ligaments, tendons.

Is the pain more in the side of the joint?
If it is it could be a bunion.
Bunion is when the big toe joint deforms and your toe starts to turn towards the 2nd toe.

I have it very mildly on my right foot.

I'd take advice #1, see a gp. They typically know what they're on about. A sore toe searched on the internet could lead you to believing you have full blown aids and raging syphalis........

If it’s sore “sometimes when you put pressure on it or squat or both”, then stop doing those things until you see the doctor.
