Go for it mate, it will make me even more envious of your ride. Especially when the plenum and piping go on.

Busy day today, had the T serviced by Dion's crew at Dyno-Mite Performance in Totty. Top job guys, thanks. Then over to TTF in Sunshine to replace 2 tyres. One was damaged by a crook ball joint a few months ago, the other was good enough to trade back. Moved the good 2 to the front, then replaced the other 2 with the same brand (Maxxis MA-Z1) but in 265 35 18. Fills the guards a tad better, and sure has given it some teeth for the road. LOL

Adelaide in the morning... Woohoo!

I have finally found out what it feels like to win an award for all one's efforts. And how sweet it is. I couldn't believe my ears when my name was called out, but it sure happened. ORSMT was awarded Best XR6 - XR8 at the Adelaide All Ford Day 2008. I always enjoy the displays, but never dreamed of walking up and collecting anything.

Thanks Tristan, just spent 3 hours getting the dust off and out of the T :. But win or not, I enjoyed the break and the company. An award was pure icing on a fun weekend. :

Inspired by this thread and totally bored today, I polished up my auto shift cover and selector plate. Came up mint apart from the gear shift cover having some scratches on it. Have to get another in chrome.

Now what could I polish next??

Default May the Force be with me....

Big thanks to Darren @ Ferntree Gully Auto Salvage. Firstly for having a great Easter sale recently, secondly for supplying a Force Lip at a killer price. And thirdly for having one in Narooma Blue and getting it to me lightening fast.

I was going to fit this lip myself, but decided to let my beater do it. That way I know it will stay there, and I have some piece of mind. Booked to fit tomorrow. :
