Went thru my collection and found some old shots from the late 80s and early 90's from AIR. Just loading them into my photobucket account. Stay tuned.

Makes you wonder what all those dudes are doing with those cars now, Sold, sitting in a shed, half way between Adelaide and Heathcote. who knows.
Few ruined classics there in my opinion. That Vette looks like a gangrenous wound. Although having said that I'm guessing back then they were worth a pitance compared to now. Was talking to Cob 115 about this the other day, cars back then were worth nothing. My old boss at Jaycar has a section out of an XB GT's roof patching up his shed roof. My question is lads............What happened?? how did it all fall apart???? One person ruin it for everyone????? Shame us young bloods will probably never see it or own a classic P.s MOAR PICS!!!!

Smally Thank you so much. Awesome pics. So many cars there Ive forgotten about. Great shots too.
Where are they now? Would be interesting to find out. I know the Granny is now in different colours. Ive heard the owner of Mr Ed promises to bring it out one day. The Gold XTGT of Micks is now a champagne colour with convos. Im pretty sure the Monaro belongs to a fello that I used to work at Holdens. He stopped racing after he broke into the 10s and didnt want to install a cage. Im just going to check the rego plate on an old pic. Im pretty sure thats the one. Wicked Photos, Wicked memories

[QUOTE=xbrulesLove that Picture of Mr Ed. awesome Coupe[/QUOTE]
I remember a run between Mr Ed and the Aguis HK/T/G(?) both cars did a huge wheels up launch side by side. Spewing I never got a pic of that! In 2001 Ed Vodopivec started working at the Ford Dealership I worked at. I introduced myself and then had a go at him for all the 35mm film he cost me over the years! |

I was at this meeting in 2005 when both of these crashes happened, the track cannot take high powered cars anymore. All day they were mopping up moisture seeping to the surface around 1/2 track.

The track has been resurfaced since then and now has no bump at half track to unload the fast cars anymore

A couple from the 90s.
More recent photos. One of my favourites and an oldie. A geniune street driven Shaker running 12 back then was Awesome.
