Default Ford gets serious

I was talking to a friend today that knows Brett Stevens, apparently he is selling off both his JD RAcing Doorslammers. His wifes Corvette and his Studebaker are going to make way for a new sponsorship deal with Ford... For the '05/'06 season he will be running two BA bodied Doorslammers....

Direct competition for the Brays' and there deal with Holden....

Seems the big players have seen the marketing advantages of drag racing atlast, and their respective teams will go head to head ala V8 Supercars..

Should make the sport EVEN BIGGER

He also mentioned that it wasn't a secret and that it was mentioned on TV but I hadn't heard anything so if anyone could confirm this, that would be great.
