A prominent tuner/racer was telling me that as of 2 weeks ago, not one sod of soil has yet been turned

I just saw some video on the Collingwood website that was done a week ago of them having a drive day at Calder and the drag strip looks untouched...

And the silence from Calder and ANDRA is deafening...

Not looking good.

Considering the IHRA is looking to buy into drag racing in Aus I doubt't anything Calder says in any way is true. Besides Heathcoate is more laid back with more possible runs and better people.

Done some digging, apparently Calder Park promotions have been in court for the last 3 weeks with the ATO over $1 million tax bill, Calder Park promotions has now had a Administrator appointed to look after things.
Now Calder Park promotions doesn't own Calder Park, Calder Park is owned by the Bob Jane corporation, my info is Calder Park promotions will be wound up by the Administrator and Bob Jane corporation will have another one of there companies run Calder Park once the above has been dealt with.
This is separate to Bob's tax problems, Bob no longer has a say in what goes on with the bob jane corporation.
