Talking Cougar Tow Bar Wanted

Have recently acquired 2001 Cougar, lovely condition, looks new.
No mods at this stage but have added Virgin Racer decals to dress it up.

Does anyone know where to get a towbar for one of these? Tried the usual sources and some places listed on the forum. UK suppliers want a fortune to freight. Cheers, Steve.

It's good to see another happy Cougar owner so welcome aboard.

I had a look around on the parts web sites and couldn't find it listed anywhere. What price did Ford (fraud) quote you???

Post some pics of your Cougar for us.

Ford said they don't have a listing. Units out of the UK circa 300 pounds shipping. Went to load a pic but said file too big so must be in wrong area. Will play around with it. Thanks for the welcome.

Welcome!

I'm not sure but I remember reading somewhere that the Cougar isn't designed for towing? Not saying it can't be done though :|
