Default Calder next friday 28th

This thread is for next friday the 28th of July to see who is coming out to play. We have a customers car (3V sedan) that has extensive mods and will be set up next week in race trim to make an assault on my own 12.71 record.

We will also have Tri Power 289's AU 6 out once again for some R & D.

Hope to see you there.

Cheers Craig (Holder of current 3V record but not for long i feel.....) out: out: out: out:

Hey Bren,

Slicks and racing wheels, exhaust off and we will leave the interior in. Probably get Chris to drive it as he's only 80 odd kilos and the owner is 119kg and i'm 106 ATM.

Should be fun, looking forward to this.

Cheers CC

Yeah who knows Cam, it's a case of i will believe it when i see it. Unfortunately if the facility is brought up to standard it will still be run by the current administration, and that is not good.......

Latest rumor has it that Jim Read from (WSID) had been talking to Bob see if they can get things moving, after it appeared to be heading in the right direction it looks like it has fallen in a heap again.
Word is there is some land behind the BP opposite Calder Park, gee who knows what is going to happen. :
Can anyone see the Government handing over that land when there is a track across the road?

i could see it if bob hands over the land the current track is on, government has been trying for that land for ages for housing, makes sense to move them over the road with the other "industrial" stuff
