Default Probably The Only Hatch I Would Be Happy To Buy Over A Current Holden/Ford Muscle Car

And it's a Volkswagen!:ticking: I'm not joking!

It's the new R32. 250hp, AWD and 0-100 in 6.3.

DEAD SEXY

Heh. Lots of hatches better then Holden/Ford IMO. Old R32... or the S3.. mm, wouldn't mind an S3.

And the new R32 looks hot. Only 10kW power gain though? Was expecting more.

I keep saying that my next car will be a VW Golf GTi. I dodnt even realise that they were gonna bring out an R32 in the latest shape! Looks like that is the one I'll empty my Bank account for.

However I reckon tht the outgoing R32 looked a bit Meaner and more potent, however the interior in this one is great! Hopefulyy they'll come to Oz. Love them!

Mmmmm... I wish Ford would pull it's finger out and make something that can compete with that...

yeah not bad..but I would stick with the normal Gti I think. Should weigh a bit less to I would imagine.

The old R32 did look angrier.

They look pretty good and you'll certainly get a few chickies driving on of those. However, after seeing the "VW" taxis' in China, I wouldn't drive a VW. Audi A3 on the other hand..

The old car had a pricetag of $63,000. I guess you'd really have to be a VW fan to buy one.

when i seen "R32" i was thinking gtr power...

dunno why so many companies use the same combination of letters/numbers as other cars....
theres countless amounts of numbers out there and 26 letters, why not use some of the ones that dont get used much?

I'd have to see it in the flesh, but I think the "old" (series IV?) R32 looks tougher. Mind you, there over-priced....(what does that make Audi then?)

3.2 litre straight Six. east-west i think.

the old Mk4 Golf R32 did 0-100 in 6.6 so a 3 tenth gain is actually quite good.

Its a 3.2litre 15° V6. It only has one cylinder head, as it is very narrow.

Yes it's a bit rich. Sensational car and I'd have one, but it's just too much. If it were closer to $50k the incentive would be there, but not over $60k. Same thing goes for the upcoming 130i with M-Sports kit - 5.8 or 5.9s to 100kph and should be a ripper handler, and is pretty well equipped in standard trim (for a Beemer!) but still will be about $60k :lookedat:
