They have something in Broadmeadows I know that much. Not sure if it's a car factory, an engine factory (or more accurately: an engine assembly plant) or just an office though :(

Listings of plants in Australia
Broadmeadows - Assembly Plant & Geelong for Aluminium & Iron Casting, Geelong Stamping, & Geelong Engine Plants. No listings for other Ford production plants in Aus Need to remember FPV is just over the road from Broadmeadows Assembly - consisting of V8 engine plant(Boss production - not sure if 220 is also assembled there though, or whether the 220's are assembled in Geelong), & FPV Body assembly plant. |

EaGHIA - I know you're aware of the following - but others may not be....
http://www.ford.com.au/inside_ford/h...e/Heritage.asp /me thought a bit of CHEST BEATING was in order & decided to highlight THIS little gem from off that link "Falcon, Fairlane and LTD are the only current volume-built true Australian cars, which are wholly styled in Australia from original sketchpad concept and then engineered and manufactured here" |

""Falcon, Fairlane and LTD are the only current volume-built true Australian cars, which are wholly styled in Australia from original sketchpad concept and then engineered and manufactured here"" you said there was a fairlane factory in brisbane
