Thank you cruizin eb.You have just helped me immensly.I have a blood problem typical of meditaranean people where vitamin b12 is prescribed to help out in symptoms of tiredness associated with the lack of. So I will be in to the chemist tommorow to get some..thanks heaps.

I have 4 kids... I worked out what caused them... I dont do it anymore, its not safe.
