it's all common sense........sinks are a piece of cake..Youtube is your friend and the interweb in general......hardware stores will help as well.
just don't do what I did when removing an "S" bend back a while ago, still full of water and crap, I undid it and, without thinking, poured it back down the sink drain......yep! the one I just took the "S" bend off. don't over tighten those flex hoses, they have a rubber inside that gets a bit crappy and can twist out then leak,.you don't want that in an internal wall. if you can easily access them, turn the water off again, release the pressure with a nearby tap, take the flex joints apart and replace the rubbers.
