You forget what happened to the other banks. Were people didn't get their pay for two weeks.

Haven't had any issues with the electronic side of commbank yet.

the annoying thing is this isnt the first thing in the last year cba has had happen. There was the time they some how i Dont know the details had an error where customers were able to area limits and withdraw as much as they wanted. Then when something simular happened a couple of months after fearing the issues of lasttime they froze bank accounts. Not to mention the numerous times netbank has been down for maintenance. Im on monthly pay and things like this make deadlines stressful.

Ive recently cut all but one Account with cba and this lastone wont be to far away from being cancelled also at this rate

I am with the NAB and when it fell over, took me 8 working days to get my money. Wasn't a happy camper!

6pm is a critical time for their systems. All transactions up to 6pm are that days and anything after are included in the next days. Sounds like something went amiss on the changeover

That's how it used to be anyway - haven't worked there for many yrs

Only down for 5 hours or so... not a huge issues IMO. Technical errors happen. I have found CBA to be quite reliable in terms of money access.
