Escort Mk1 help - vibrations and suspension

Hi all, some advice and feedback would be welcomed regarding my 1970 Mk1 with Mk2 1.6ltr front struts (48mm OD) with Lovells springs, std height. The front passenger side ride height is about 20mm higher than the drivers side and the rear drivers side ride height is about 25mm lower than the passenger side rear, measuring guard lip to wheel centre. The rear drivers side leaf spring is almost flat whereas the passenger side has camber. The rear shackle angles are also slightly different. The car also has some serious vibration issues related to vehicle speed starting at 60kph. Wheels were just balanced - one needed 100g of correction so I was hoping that was the issue, but alas, the vibrations are not improved. So my question is - am I best to sort the suspension / ride height issues first and then tackle the vibration issue? Running a single piece prop shaft. Could they be related? When I jack the car up from the front in the middle, the rear differential reduces to about 18/20mm. I'm guessing there is some diagonal weight transfer issue, but looking for a logical path to solve.
